I live in Delaware, about ten miles from a Mercedes Benz dealer, however I prefer to travel twenty two miles to Westchester PA to Mercedes Benz of West Chester to purchase and maintain my Mercedes. We bought a car and found out it was missing a chip. Because of car shortage, Mercedes opted to sell cars and install chips later when released by the manufacturer. I informed our sales rep that I needed the chip for an important function that I need daily. The agency worked to get a new car with the missing chip and allowed me to drive a car until the new one came. I’m really appreciative to their help and effort. Richard Hill, our sales rep was very helpful and professional.
