Service Advisors
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner
Obtain vehicle information and accurately record vehicle problems on repair order
Take service calls from customers to schedule appointments
Foster positive customer relations with a friendly attitude
Communicate repair details, estimates, and charges to customers
Inform customers of their maintenance and repair needs which are identified during the service appointment process based on service history and vehicle inspection
Communicate repair status to customers
Act as a liaison between external customers and all those involved internally at the dealership in the service appointment process
Review results of customer satisfaction surveys with Service Managers

- Basic understanding of vehicle systems
- Basic understanding of computer keyboard operations
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to multi-task
- High school diploma or equivalent
